Decoded this really cool video from SpaceX Falcon9 2nd stage S-band downlink. Great views of the Earth and also inside view of the fuel tank. Too bad it only transmits for 2 orbits or less.

Fantastic stuff, I’ve always loved the interior propellent tank views in zero G and the views we get from SpaceX are mostly accidental (that’s the LOX tank BTW)
The Falcon 9 telemetry stuff that people have been tossing back and forth has been around 2.23 GHz. Unclear on the modulation scheme, or how the video stream is encoded, but clearly it’s a standard open option if people are able to get good imagery.
Think of the 2nd stage as a satellite, which is sending via S-Band (2-4Ghz freq) antenna the video feed bits. Usually SpaceX gets this trail of bits and broadcasts them live, but if they’re not encoded, any ground s-band antenna can pick up the same bits and get the video feed.
